Personal Wedding Co-ordinator

From the initial meeting, your wedding co-ordinator will offer friendly advice and guidance on many aspects of your special day. With a wealth of event experience, suggestions and ideas will be presented professionally, giving you various options for each of the services you may choose, including venue, catering, entertainment, cake, florist, photographer, invitations, table plan, stationery, colour scheme or theme, transportation, guest favours and room decorations.

As each of your chosen suppliers are appointed, your wedding co-ordinator will liaise closely with them, working alongside them on the day, to ensure that your expectations are met and, even exceeded, on your day.

At each meeting, a check-list of notes will be compiled, in order to produce a concise running order of your wedding day. The final running order will be presented and agreed with you, then the wedding co-ordinator will make sure that all appointed suppliers have a copy of the running order, clearly indicating all timings, requirements and individual responsibilities.

Your wedding co-ordinator will be on-hand throughout your day and will assist in the smooth running of the whole event, liaising with the best man (or nominated person) as point of contact, during the day.
